The Beadsmith Basic Elements Cordless Engraving Pen is an all-in-one tool for enabling craftsman, jewelers, woodworkers and DIYers to drill, engrave, carve, and polish even the most delicate of projects. The battery-operated wireess engraving tool uses 2 AA (1.5V) batteries. The comfortable contoured grip allows for greater control. The compact, pen-like design allows you to hold the engraver as you would hold a pencil, making for smooth engraving. The push button activation can be used with your thumb or forefinger. The button is very sensitive, so only a light touch is required. To use, simply touch the bit to the item to be engraved. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS! For your safety, wear eye protection. Dust may be created when sanding, engraving or grinding. Wear a dust mask if necessary. The tool reaches high rates of speed. Misuse may cause burns. Tips may contain sharp points or edges. Do not immerse the tool in water or expose it to wet conditions. Turn off the tool when done or not in use. Do not operate the pen continuously for more than 2 minutes. Also keep hair, loose clothing, jewelry, neckties, and gloves away from moving parts. Do not insert anything into the tool except for the recommended bits. Always ensure the master on/off switch is Off before changing tips.
