For this reason we offer the longest warranty in the pearl industry. 100 day full money back warranty on any pearls that you purchase from us! This makes all transactions with us 100% safe and puts our clients at ease when shopping. If for any reason at all you decide to return the item you purchased please attach the RMA and tracking number on the package. Please note refunds may take up to 4 weeks on credit cards upon arrival of returned merchandise. Returned items must be in undamaged condition and shipping will be the buyer's responsability. Depending on the transaction type, credit card fees may apply for the chargeback.

Free Appraisal

With your purchases we offer a free appraisal prepared by a GIA graduate specializing in pearls. This appraisal will give you retail price of the pearls, sizes, quality of the factors of value and color. All appraisals are signed and included with all orders over $200. If you spend less and would like an appraisal for the particular item then you may also request an appraisal free of charge. All appraisals are prepared by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) http://www.gia.edu/ graduates in pearls, arguably one of the best higher learning institutes for the jewelry industry.
